摘要
以Visual C++6.0编写的交互程序为平台,搭建带压筒式封堵机作业的远程实时监控系统。在监控系统中,PLC用查询或中断的方法将执行元件的状态实时反馈到交互程序,再结合具有良好的交互性和动画效果的Flash文件,将状态的改变以动画的形式显示在监控界面上,从而实时稳定地远程监控现场作业效果。对于具有危险性的封堵作业现场,远程监控系统可以很好地保护工作人员,提高工作效率。
Taking the intermediate program written with Visual C ＋ ＋ 6.0 as the platform, the authors establish a remote real-time monito- ring system for pressure-stopple plugging machines. In the monitoring system, PLC timely feeds the executing components status back to the intermediate program by way of either querying or interrupting, then combines Flash files that are well interactive and animated to display, in the form of animations, the changes of status onto the monitor screen, so that it can continuously, stably and remotely monitor on-spot work performance. For dangerous plugging operation environments, the remote monitoring system can well protect workers and promote their work- ing efficiency.
