摘要
以草决明(Cassia obtusifolia L.)种子为材料,研究NaCl胁迫对其萌发的影响。结果表明:不同浓度的NaCl对草决明种子萌发的抑制程度不同,随着NaCl浓度的增加,发芽势、发芽率、发芽指数均呈下降趋势,而相对盐害率逐渐上升,NaCl浓度越高,对草决明种子萌发的抑制作用越强。
C. obtusifolia seeds were used to investigate the influence of NaC1 stress on the C. obtusifolia seed germination. The results indicate that different concentration of NaC1 inhibited germination of C. obtusifolia seed differently. Along with the increase of NaC1 concentration, the germinated potential, germination rate, germination index are tending to decline, and relative salt harmness rate rise gradually. The higher NaC1 concentration was the stronger inhibition to seed germination of C. obtusifolia.
