摘要 针对热轧层流冷却过程的自动化系统及优化控制算法难以在实际运行环境中进行充分的调试和验证、基于仿真软件发的实验平台则脱离工业实际的监控与运行环境、购买硬件控制系统进行实物/半实物仿真价格昂贵等问题,本文提出了采用组态软件、工业控制器模拟软件、仿真软件混合编程开发层流冷却虚拟实验平台的方法。该平台采用C#语言开发参数优化子系统、组态软件开发管理监控子系统、工业控制器模拟软件运行回路控制程序、MATLAB软件开发对象模型子系统,通过OPC软总线等技术实现了各个子系统的无缝连接。本文最后采用实际工业数据验证了平台的有效性,表明其广阔的应用前景。 The autonmtion system and optimize algorithm for laminar cooling process is had to be tested and debugged on the site of actual process fully. The simulation platform developed based on simulation software is different with the actual monitoring and running environment. To purchase actual hardware control system to realize the hard or hard - in - loop need more invest. To this problem, a virtual experimental platform based on industrial configuration software, controller simulation software and simulation software is present. The platform is implement with parameters optimizing sub - system using c # language developed, monitor sub - system using industrial configuration software developed, loop control sub - system using controller simualton software realized and the object model sub - system using MATLAB developed. The seamless link among the sub - system is realized based on OPC soft - bus technology. At last, the actual industrial data are used to test and validate the platform, which shows the broad application prospects.
