摘要
以板带层流冷却系统为背景,研究了一种建立冷却中温降过程模型的新方法。在建模上首先将其过程分为自上而下的决策层、模型层和参数层三个层次,并在不同的层面上采用不同的方法进行模型划分,然后通过自下而上的递阶求解过程,获得了板带在层流冷却区域内的沿长度方向的各段的温降情况及厚度方向温度分布情况。实验证明所建立的模型能够很好地预测实际板带层流冷却过程。
A novel modeling method for the temperature decline process in the slab and strip laminar cooling system is developed. A hierarchical model including the decision layer, the model layer and the parameter layer is presented. In the laminar cooling zone, the temperature decline along the length direction and the temperature distribution along the thickness direction are obtained while the model is solved from the bottom up. Industrial experiments show that the model established can predict the true laminar cooling process well.
