摘要
为了提高有限元数值仿真计算方法在研究外绝缘设备电场分布的准确性,对均压环与绝缘子串电场进行仿真分析,并通过设置仿真参数来获得均压环管径和安装位置最佳尺寸的依据。针对湛江500 kV港城变电站均压环对玻璃绝缘子串放电现象,运用ANSOFT软件建立了500 kV交流杆塔上均压环与绝缘子串全三维模型,研究了均压环管径和安装位置对绝缘子串电场分布影响的规律,并通过对电场强度的仿真分析解释了均压环对绝缘子频繁放电的原因。仿真分析中研究了均压环管径及其安装位置对最大电场强度的影响,进而得出了满足实际工程应用的最佳的均压环管径和安装位置,通过实际运行验证仿真结果对于消除绝缘子均压环放电效果明显。
In order to improve the accuracy of finite element numerical simulation used in the electric field distribution of external insulation equipment, the electric field of the grading study of the ring and the insulator string was simulated and analyzed, and the optimized pipe diameter and install locations of the grading ring was obtained by setting different parameters. The three dimensional (3D) model of 500 kV substation with grading ring and insulators strings were established by using ANSOFT software. The effect of pipe diameter and was studied and the install locations of grading ring on the electric field distribution of insulator strings continuous discharge between grading ring and insulator was explained by the simulation analysis. The influence on the maximum electric field strength by the pipe diameter and install locations of the grading ring was studied in the simulation. On this basis, the optimized pipe diameter and install locations of the grading ring that satisfied practical engineering application was obtained. Finally, the feasibility of the simulation results used in eliminating discharge on the grading ring was demonstrated by the practical operation.
