摘要
文章通过对博士研究生的培养教育,包含培养目标、培养方式、实践场所的选定以及导师在培养过程的职责,论述了导师的主导作用和责任感,文章中对过去专业博士生培养中存在的一些问题提出了个人的看法。
This paper discusses the ssues of Ph.D train discipline, including ing in architecture training objectives, training means, training venue, and the role of supervisor. It also points out the role of supervisor, and comments on some typical issues in the previous Ph.D training experiences.
