摘要
采用盘磨机3段中碎、分步缩分模式,缩分后子样质量大于最低可靠质量;采用等面弧棒棒磨工艺,选择较大内径的棒磨筒或者增加盘磨次数、降低棒磨样品磨碎比,以消除矿石性质的影响,进而有效控制磨矿过程,使样品最终细碎粒度小于230目,从而确保可见金矿物相对理想的(单体)解离效果以及分析子样对原始样品具有充分的代表性。
The research adopts the model of three-stage intermediate crushing using disc mill and multi-stage division process, which produces subsamples with quality higher than the minimum reliable quality. Rod milling tubes with larger inner diameter or increased disc milling times are applied in equilater arc rod milling process in order to decrease the crushing-to-grinding ratio in rod milled samples with the purpose to eliminate the impact of the ore property and then to effectively control the grinding process. The final granularity is below 230 mesh so that satisfactory liberation (monomer) of gold minerals is guaranteed and the division subsamples can fully represent the original version
