摘要
研究了铜精矿的粒度分布及各粒级中金含量的赋存规律 ,发现由于铜精矿的特殊生产工艺 ,铜精矿的粒度 85 %集中在 - 2 0 0目 ,金量的 90 %也集中在 - 2 0 0目 ;并从磨样时间和磨样量两个方面试验了铜精矿的加工条件 ,得出铜精矿中分析测试金的较佳加工条件和加工粒度 ,加工制成的样品具有均匀性和代表性 ;从而建立了铜精矿中金的火焰原子吸收快速分析法。该方法操作简便、快速 ,分析结果稳定、准确 ,RSD≤ 4 %
The distribution of particle size of copper concentrate and the occurence regularity of gold content of each class of particle size are studied.The experiments of the copper concentrate processing in the fields of grinding time and quantity are made.From this,the optimal processing condition and particle size of gold in copper concentrate are ascertained.In this way,the processed samples have homogeneity and representativeness.At the same time, a method for rapid determination of gold in copper concentrates by flame atomic absorption spectrometry(FAAS) is proposed in the paper.This method is simple, quick and precise.The relative standard deviation is less than 4%, and the result of verification is satisfactory.
