摘要
目的:探讨企业管理者辩证思维与管理人性观的关系。方法:采用《辩证思维问卷》及《管理人性观问卷》对重庆市276名企业管理者进行问卷调查,并用SPSS13.0对数据进行整理和分析。结果:企业管理者辩证思维与正性管理人性观存在显著的正相关,与负性管理人性观存在显著的负相关。结论:辩证思维对正性管理人性观的运用有积极地促进作用。
To explore the relationship between the manager's dialectical thinking and management humanity, Method 276 managers in Chong Qin were investigated by the questionnaire of dialectical thinking and management humanity. Data were analyzed by SPSS13.0.Results There was a positive correlation between the manager's dialectical thinking and positive management humanity, and a negative correlation between the manager's dialectical thinking and negative management humanity Conclusion The dialectical thinking is play a positive role in promoting dialectical thinking.
