摘要
人力资源管理的发展经历了雇佣管理、劳动人事管理和人力资源开发与管理三个阶段。管理人性观决定了人力资源管理的理念和模式。知识经济时代人力资源管理的创新表现为文化管理 ,学习型组织和跨文化管理。
The development of the management of human resources has gone through three stages:management of employee,management of laboring personnel,and the exploitation and development of human resources.The sense of using humanity in management determines the concept and mode of the management of human resources.In the period of knowledge-oriented economy,the creativity of the management of human resources lies in the cultural management,the learning organization and croos-cultural management.
