摘要
在当代城市基础设施规划发展趋势的背景下,对城市黄线规划目标、意义与实效进行分析十分必要。基于此,研究结合城市规划管理和编制两方面的需求,对国内目前城市黄线规划的应用实践进行归纳,探讨其在控制性详细规划阶段的实施问题与对策,并尝试从系统重组和刚性落实的角度提出改进建议,以保证城市黄线划定和基础设施规划设计更加科学合理。
With the development of modem city infrastructures, yellow line planning vision, meaning, and efficacy analysis is imperative. The paper combines planning management and compilation needs, concludes yellow line planning practices, studies its problems and measures in regulatory planning, puts forward suggestions in system reorganization and rigid implementation. It will improve the rationality of yellow line decision and infrastructure planning.
