摘要
目的评价某采矿厂碎运生产线技术改造效果,为从源头预防、控制职业病提供技术依据。方法采用检测检验法和检查表法相结合的原则进行定性、定量分析评价。结果该项目生产过程中产生石灰石粉尘、噪声,属于职业病危害一般的建设项目。破碎工人在控制室进行隔室操作,接触的生产性粉尘浓度和噪声强度均符合国家卫生标准。结论碎运生产线技术改造工程通过采用机械化、自动化措施,实现源头控制,避免操作人员接触职业病危害因素,有效地预防职业病,值得借鉴和推广。
[ Objective]To evaluate the effect of technical transformation of pulverization transportation line in a mining enterprise, provide the technical basis for the prevention and control of occupational disease from the source. [ Methods] By the combination of inspection and check list, the qualitative and quantitative analysis and evaluation was conducted. [ Results] There were the occupational hazards of limestone dust and noise in the production process of this project. The construction was a general occupational hazard project. Workers operated in the control room, and the exposed concentration of productive dust and noise met the national standards. [ Conclusion] By using the mechanization and automation measures, the technical transformation of pulverization transportation line has achieved the source control, avoided the operators'occupational hazards exposure, and effectively prevented occupational disease, which is worth learning and popularizing.
