摘要
研究导引头框架电机转动的要求,同时为结合其控制系统需要简单、精确和自适应的特点,提出了带积分环节的直接模糊控制方法。利用Simulink设定模糊规则和模糊推理,调节量化因子、比例因子和积分增益因子,建立带积分环节的直接模糊控制器与传统PID方式分别对同一系统进行控制;并在模糊控制系统中加入外部干扰,以测试控制系统的抗干扰性。仿真结果表明该系统无论是在稳定时间还是过冲量方面都优于PID调节,且在加入外部干扰后迅速稳定,提高了被控系统的敏捷性和自适应性,可为设计生产提供可靠依据。
Researching on the requirements of a seeker' s frame motor rotation with the features of simplicity, accuracy and self-adaption, the direct fuzzy control with an integral module is proposed. Having set the fuzzy rules with Simulink and the quantization, proportion and integral gain factors adjusted, the direct fuzzy controller with an integral module and a traditional PID controller are to control a common system respectively. Then an external noise is applied to test the fuzzy-control system' s immunity to noise. The result of the simulation indicates that the fuzzy system works better than the PID controller in both stabilizing time and overshoot, and it swiftly turns steady after certain external noise occurs, thus improving the agility and self-adaption of the system, and contributing to production design.
