摘要
对方流芳教授4篇重要的关于法学家教育的文章进行两方面分析:其一,从法学教育本身的观点入手得出这么一个观点,即中国法学教育与法律职业分离导致了中国法学教育的整体失败;其二,从研究法学教育的方法入手也得出一个结论,即从法学教育外部,也即在中国语境下从法律职业视角思考法学教育,才能更深刻地反思中国法学教育。
In this article, two contents were revealed through Professor Fang Liufang' s four important articles on education for jurists: On the one hand, from their perspective in legal education reaehes, a point of view have been drawn that separation between China' s legal education and legal profession led to the overall failure of legal education in China; On the other hand, from the legal education' s way a conclusion is reached that, in the Chinese Context from the perspective of legal profession to considering more deeply on Chinese legal education.
