摘要
董必武是我国法学家的杰出代表,他的法学教育思想十分丰富,主要表现为:法学教育的目的在于培养人们的守法思想;法学教育的关键在于搞好教育机构的建设;法学教育的重点在于法学研究;法学教育的保障在于干部队伍的培养。他的法学教育思想给我们很多启示:法学教育要使普及和提高相结合;法学教育要使本土化和国际化相结合;法学教育要使理论与实战相结合。
Dong Biwu is an outstanding jurist in China and his thought of law education is extremely rich,which is manifested in the following points：The aim of law education is in cultivating citizen＇ s idea of obedience;the key point of law education is in establishing an efficient educationl organ;the emphasis of the law education is in law research and the protection of law education is in training the law cadres.Dong＇ s thought of law education has made a great inspiration to us,that is,the law education should combine its popularity and improvement,and combine its localization and internationalization,and it should combine its theory and practice.
