摘要
随着我国社会经济、文化的发展和高等教育结构的调整,造成了多校区办学,合并型高校格局的形成。这必然会对教师的工作和生活带来一定的冲击和挑战。因此,探索该类教师面临的挑战是我国相关高校亟待解决的问题。
With China＇s socio-economic and cultural development and higher education structural adjustment, resulting in a multi- campus school merged college pattern formation. This will inevitably have some impact on teachers＇ work and life and challenges. Therefore, to explore the challenges faced by the class teachers the problems to be solved for the relevant universities in China.
