公共图书馆的服务礼仪作为一种行为准则,具有明显的规范性和可操作性特点。基于服务礼仪理念,从观察技巧、微笑技巧、倾听技巧、语言技巧、形体技巧等几个方面探讨了公共图书馆的服务技巧。
Public library's service etiquette, being as a standard of behavior, has clear normative and operational characteristics. Based on the concept of service etiquette, this paper probes into the service skills of public library from aspects of observation skills, smiling skills, listening skills, language skills, and physique skills.
