摘要
为了考察发展性咨询理念指导下大学生心理健康教育课的教学效果,采用课堂实验法,将被试分为实验组和对照组两个组别,对实验组采用发展性咨询理念指导下的心理健康教育课模式,对对照组则采用原有的填鸭式心理健康教育课模式。课程结束后,通过学生对课程价值、教学方式、教学内容和实际助益四个方面的反馈评分进行统计分析,结果表明,与填鸭式心理健康教育课程教学模式相比,发展性咨询理念指导下的大学生心理健康教育课程教学模式有明显的积极效果。
In order to investigate the teaching effect of college mental-health education course under the philosophy of developmental consultation,the article adopted the teaching experiment method,divided the experimental subjects into the experiment group and matched group,we adopted the mental health education mode for the experiment group under the guidance of the concept of the development consultation,adopted the original cramming mode of psychological health education for the matched group.After the end of the course,by statistical analyzing the feedback score from the four aspects of the curriculum value of the students thinking,teaching methods,teaching contents and the actual benefit,the results show that the college students psychological health education course teaching mode under the guidance of development consulting philosophy has obvious positive effect compared with the cramming teaching mode of psychological health education course.
