摘要
对我国城市化进程中的体育公共服务建设的策略进行了探索。研究发现,当前我国城市化进程中的公共服务建设存在的问题有重城市经济功能轻宜居功能、城市体育场馆设施建设与民众体育需求脱节、城市不同区域体育公共服务发展的不均衡、人口结构变迁对体育公共服务的新要求、城市体育公共服务的供给模式改革滞后等。提出了通过制度创新推进城市化进程中公共体育服务建设、努力实现基本体育公共服务均等化、科学规划并完善体育公共服务建设以提升城市宜居功能、借鉴国际社会城市化进程中的公共服务建设经验等发展对策。
With the method of literature consultation, it aims, through this research, to investigate strategies of sports public services in the course of urbanization. Results show that several problems persist during the process of the current city public service construction. For example, more attentions are focused on the economic function in city construction instead of livable function and the construction of sports facilities cannot meet various demand of the public. Meanwhile, the unbalanced devel- opment of sport public services is found in different regions. Then, the change of population structure raised new requirement faced by public sports service. In addition, the reform of the mode of city public sports service is severely left far behind. Suggestions and solutions were thus raised as follow. Firstly, to innovate an advanced system and change the public sports service construction. Secondly, to achieve by al means the basic equalization of sports public service. Thirdly, to enhance, in a scientific way, the livable function of city through improving the construction of public sports service. At last, to draw from abroad the lessons of the construction of public service.
