CT引导I^(125)放射性粒子植入治疗胃癌术后区域淋巴结转移的护理体会 被引量：2

摘要 目的探讨CT引导I125放射性粒子植入治疗胃癌术后区域淋巴结转移患者术前、术中以及术后的护理方法。方法对28例行粒子植入治疗的胃癌术后区域淋巴结转移患者做好充分的术前准备、有计划的术中护理监护及配合、术后密切观察病情变化,并采用相应的护理措施。结果 28例患者手术全部成功,取得了良好的近期疗效。结论加强心理护理、术后并发症观察和护理,使术后未出现严重并发症,住院时间短。
