镀锌钢板稀土-三聚磷酸钠复合钝化工艺 被引量:3

Composite Passivation of Galvanized Steel Sheet with Rare Earth Passivation Solution and Sodium Tripolyphosphate Passivation Solution——Processes and Evaluation of Corrosion Resistance of Composite Passivation Coating

摘要 采用稀土-三聚磷酸盐2步钝化法,对镀锌钢板进行复合钝化。考察了稀土、三聚磷酸盐钝化添加剂用量及工艺条件对复合钝化膜耐蚀性的影响,优化并得出了最佳复合钝化工艺:稀土钝化采用25g/L混合稀土,3 g/L硼酸,15mL/L H2O2,7g/L硅酸钠,pH值2.2左右,室温钝化15s;三聚磷酸盐钝化采用15 g/L三聚磷酸钠,0.8g/L添加剂、3g/L过硫酸钾,室温钝化30 s。通过X射线光电子能谱仪测试和分析复合钝化膜元素组成,结果显示:复合钝化膜含有稀土,P,O等元素,其主要由Ce3(PO4)4和Ce3(ZnP3O10)4组成。 Two-step passivation of galvanized steel sheets with rare earth passivation solution and sodium tripolyphosphate passivation solution was conducted. The effects of dosage of rare earth and additives as well as passivation conditions on the corrosion resistance of as-obtained composite passivation coating were investigated. The optimized composite passivation process was established, and the elemental composition of the composite passivation coating was analyzed by means of X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy. Results indicate that desired rare earth passivation solution consists of 25 g/L mixed rare earth, 3 g/L boric acid, 15 mL/L H2O2, and 7 g/L sodium silicate; and the optimized passivation conditions are suggested as pH value of about 2.2, room temperature, and passivation time of 15 s. Besides, desired sodium tripolyphosphate passivation solution consists of 15 g/L sodium tripolyphosphate, 0.8 g/L additives, 3 g/L potassium persulfate; and the optimized passivation conditions are suggested as room temperature and a passivation time of 30 s. Relevant composite passivation coating is mainly composed of rare earth, P and O, and it is comprised of Ce3(PO4)4 and Ce3(ZnP3O10)4 phases.
