摘要
三聚磷酸钠与水玻璃在高温下可形成[PO4]、[SiO4]复合玻璃网络,在冷却过程中,由于析出晶体破坏了粘结膜,以及因二者收缩性相差极大而导致粘结膜开裂,使水玻璃(砂)溃散性得以改善。
Na5P3O10 and sodium silicate can form and 4] compound glass network at high temperature. The separation of crystals from the compound glass network destroys the adhesive membrane and the marked contraction difference between the and glass network causes the splitation of the adhesive membrane by cooling. Therefore the collapsibility of mixture of silica sand and sodium silicate is improved.
