摘要
随着电力系统容量的扩增,电网规模的扩大,系统出现故障的概率也不断的增加。安全性成为电力系统运行的首要指标,静态安全是其中1项重要指标。首先采用传统的边界扩展法与线性规划法求解静态安全域。在此基础上,还考虑负荷的随机性以及线路潮流约束条件的模糊性,提出利用模糊线性规划算法求解安全域。该方法既可以有效扩展安全域的范围,同时可以充分发挥输电线路的送电能力,提高电力系统运行的效率。最后利用MATLAB的Matpower4.0工具包,以IEEE-57节点系统为例,对求解安全域的各种算法进行了对比分析。
With the power system capaciiy increasing constantly, expansion of power grids scale, the probahility of accidents in power systems is augmented. Therefore, the safety becomes tile primary task of the operation of power systems, including steady-state security which is one of impnrtant indexes. This paper firstly solves the steady-state security region using conventional boundary expansion method and linear programming method. Considering the uncertainty of load demands and fltzzy branch power flow constraints, this paper proposes fuzzy linear programming method to solve the security region. This method can effectively expaml the scope of security region, give full play to the potentiality tot transmission lines, and improve the efficiency of power system operation. The examples of IEEE57-bus system are given to demonstrate the proposed algorithms using Matpower 4.0, which is a package of MATLAB M-files.
