摘要 根据细胞表面分子CD45RA(或CD45RO)、CD62L、CCR7的表达情况,可将记忆T细胞分中央记忆T细胞和效应记忆T细胞等,这对研究记忆T细胞的功能、组织分布及抗肿瘤和抗感染的免疫特点有重要的价值。在抗感染及抗肿瘤免疫中,通过恢复抗原特异性记忆T细胞的功能,调节炎症及肿瘤组织局部免疫微环境,对感染性疾病和肿瘤的免疫治疗及相关疫苗的开发有着重要意义。 According to the expression characteristics of CD45RA (or CD45RO)/CD62L/ CCR7, memory T lymphocytes can be separated into central memory T ceils (CD45RA-CD62L+ CCR7+TCM) subset and effector memory T cells (CD45RA-CD62L-CCR7-TEM) subset and so on. Memory T lymphocytes and its subsets play an important role in anti-infective and anti-tumor immunity. It would be of great significance in developing more efficiency vaccines for infection diseases and improving the development of tumor immunotherapy by the methods of restoring the function of antigen-specific memory T cells, regulating the inflammation and tumor immune microenvironment.
