摘要
目的观察和评价自动痔疮套扎术配合外痔切除术治疗混合痔的临床疗效。方法采用自动痔套扎术配合外痔切除术治疗混合痔160例(治疗组)与同期单纯采用外剥内扎法治疗156例(对照组)比较,通过随访观察并评价其治疗效果。结果治疗组与对照组的治愈率分别为98%和85%,治疗组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论自动痔套扎术配合外痔切除术治疗混合痔可以提高传统手术的治愈率。
Objective To evaluate the effect on the automatic ligation of hemorrhoids combined with external hemorrhoids resection in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids. Methods A retrospective data of patients with mixed hemorrhoids from Jan 2008 to Jan 2010 were analysized. Of all patients, 160 cases underwent automatic ligation of hemorrhoids combined with external hemorrhoids resection （treatment group）, and 156 wnderwent milligan-Morgan procedure alone （control group）. The curative effect was compared between two group. Results The cure rates of treatment group and the control group were respectively 98% and 85%, however the former was more effective than the latter in treatment of mixed hemorrhoids （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Automatic ligation of hemorrhoids plus external hemorrhoids resection can improve the curative effect in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids.
