中小企业产学研合作创新的利益困境分析被引量：1

摘要针对中国中小企业目前产学研合作创新效果低下的现状,首先分析了产生产学研合作的这种现实困境的原因,并对产学研各方参与合作创新的利益动机进行了深入分析,在此基础上得出产学研合作的共同利益,以帮助中国产学研合作走出利益的困境。
