摘要
以2009年第十八届亚洲田径锦标赛女子铅球前6名运动员为研究对象,研究其过渡阶段的技术特征。结果表明:在过渡阶段6名研究对象的铅球速度呈上升趋势,一直延续到铅球出手;6名研究对象在过渡阶段身体重心速度与铅球速度不具备显著性相关关系,左膝速度与左髋速度呈非常显著性相关,右膝速度与右髋速度不具备显著性相关关系;且研究认为过渡阶段身体重心的运动速度与铅球的运动速度的重合点,是运动员对铅球施力时机的判断的一个指标。
With top 6 women shot -putters in the 18th Asian Athletics Championships as subjects, it studies its transitional stage and the technical feature. The result indicated that their trend of speed escalation in the transitional stage has continued until the shot casting. Their body gravity velocity and shot velocity do not have significant correlational dependence, neither does the right knee velocity and the right hip velocity. However, the left knee velocity is significantly related with the left hip velocity. Also, the study finds that the coincidence point of body gravity velocity and shot velocity is an effective judgment index for shot speed generating.
