摘要
磷在农业生产中起着举足轻重的作用,但是磷在土壤中移动性小易被固定,加之世界磷矿资源的耗竭,使得解磷微生物的研究越来越受到科学界的重视。综述了解磷微生物的解磷机理、解磷能力、研究方法以及解磷微生物在农业上的应用。并对解磷微生物的研究进行了展望。
Phosphate solubilizing microorganisms had got more and more attention,because phosphorus played an important role in agriculture,but it was easily fasten and difficultly moving in soil,moreover the depletion of phosphate rock resources was aggravated in the world.The status quo of phosphate solubilizing microorganisms,including phosphate-dissolving mechanism,ability of dissolving P and research method,and its application in agricultur were reviewed.Furthermore,prospects of phosphate solubilizing microorganisms researching were also discussed in this paper.
