摘要
目的了解湖北省农村居民疟防知识、行为及其影响因素,为开展有针对性健康教育提供科学依据。方法采用分层随机抽样方法抽取广水、京山农村居民1 302人,采用访谈方式调查居民疟防知识行为及其影响因素,对资料进行描述性分析和χ2检验。结果不同地区、性别、年龄、文化程度和经济收入居民疟防知识得分差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。疟防知识得分广水市居民高于京山居民(χ2=140.824,P<0.05),男性高于女性(χ2=15.053,P<0.05);18～、45～岁居民得分较高,疟疾知识得分随文化程度增高而升高,经济收入高者疟防知识得分较高。居民疟防知识掌握程度与其安装纱门纱窗、使用灭蚊剂、使用蚊香和杀虫剂处理蚊帐等行为呈正相关关系(P<0.05)。结论农村居民的不同人口社会学特征影响疟防知识的掌握程度;居民疟防知识影响其疟防行为。
Objective To ascertain the factors influencing knowledge about and behaviors to prevent malaria and factors influencing inhabitants of rural areas in Hubei Province and to provide a scientific basis for carrying out health education in preventing malaria.Methods Stratified random sampling was used to select 1 302 rural inhabitants in Guangshui and Jingshan;inhabitants were interviewed regarding their knowledge about and behaviors to prevent malaria and factors influencing their knowledge and behaviors.Descriptive statistics and chi-squared statistics were used to analyze the data.Results There were significant differences in knowledge about preventing malaria among different areas,genders,ages,levels of education,and levels of income（P〈0.05）.Knowledge about preventing malaria in Guangshui was greater than in Jingshan（χ^2=140.824,P〈0.05）.Knowledge about preventing malaria was greater among males than females（χ^2=15.053,P〈0.05）.Inhabitants ages 18 and up and ages 45 and up scored higher.Knowledge about preventing malaria was greater among inhabitants with a higher educational level.Knowledge about preventing malaria was also greater among inhabitants with a higher income.Knowledge about preventing malaria among inhabitants correlated with behaviors such as installing screen doors and windows,the use of insecticides,and the use of mosquito coils and insecticide-treated bed nets（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The different sociological and demographic characteristics of inhabitants in rural areas affect their level of knowledge about preventing malaria.Knowledge about preventing malaria among inhabitants affects their behaviors to prevent malaria.
