摘要
AACTE（美国教师教育院校协会）幼教白皮书立足于美国幼儿教育的现实背景，以对幼教师资素养的关注为主题，对幼教师资培养这一议题进行了全面的检视和反思，为我国培养幼儿教育师资提供了全新的视角。
Based on the reality of early childhood education in the United States, the white paper of AACTE early childhood education choose concerning for early childhood teacher education as its theme, which issues a comprehensive review and reflection of early childhood teachers＇ training. This provides a new perspective for our culturing of early childhood teachers.
