摘要
介绍了马钢股份电炉厂高速车轮生产线改造项目中多进线系统电气联锁的设计方案。基于低压配电系统多电源供电禁止合环运行要求,对辅助触点串接联锁和PLC控制联锁两种方法的优劣进行比较分析,为系统多进线电气闭锁提供有效联锁途径。
The electrical interlock solution of multi-electrical source circuitry for project "Maanshan Iron & Steel Co. , Ltd electric plant of high speed wheel production line" was introduced. Based on the requirement for forbidding multi-electrical source circuitry from paratactic circulation in low voltage power distribution system, the interlock of contacts serial connection and the interlock of PLC control were analysed. The effective interlock solution of multi-electrical source circuitry can be supplied in power supply system.
