摘要
为了对PVC脱吸性能进行评价,系统用PVC树脂填充色谱柱,VCM作为探针分子,N2做载气,设计了一套基于组态软件IFIX和PLC的反向在线色谱控制系统。整个监控系统由上位计算机、Siemens S7-200 CN系列PLC、气相色谱、通讯模块和现场执行单元构成,并以VB6.0作为开发语言对生产过程进行控制。经过测试,系统运行稳定、安全可靠,达到了设计目标。
Based on the configuration software(IFIX) and PLC,an on-line inverse gas chromatograph control system with PVC resin filling the chromatograph column,VCM as probe,and N2 as carrier gas was designed to evaluate PVC desorption properties.The monitor system was composed of upper compute,the SIEMENS S7-200 PLC,gas chromatographic,communication module and on-site execution units.Visual Basic was used as development language to control the production process.Experiment result indicates that this system is easy to operate,stable and reliable in performance and it meets the design requirements.
