摘要
采用孔径为30μm的工业滤布,由钢材制造的圆形板式膜组件外壳,铁网支撑体构造外置式膜生物反应器,观察动态膜形成期间出水通量和浊度的变化,并研究反应器对生活污水的处理能力。结果表明,动态膜成膜时间大概为30~60 min;反应器稳定运行后,出水水质良好,对COD、NH3-N、TN、TP的平均去除率分别为96.38%、87.29%、79.91%、89.02%,出水浊度1.0 NTU以下;动态膜对有机物有一定的截留和降解作用,但大部分有机物的降解过程发生在反应器内。
A new recirculated dynamic membrane bio-reactor was built by industrial filter cloth of 30 μm-I.D.and stainless steel mesh as support body.Investigations into membrane flux and turbidity during the formation of dynamic membrane,as well as the purification capacity of domestic wastewater were conducted.The results demonstrated that dynamic membrane formed in 30~60 min;the quality of processed water was good,average removal rate of COD,NH3-N,TN and TP were 96.38%,87.29%,79.91%and 89.02% respectively,turbidity never exceeded 1.0;dynamic membrane had certain influence in organisms degradation,but most degradation was in the reactor.
