长裙竹荪发酵液抗菌活性初步研究 被引量:2

摘要 以长裙竹荪发酵液为材料,采用圆形纸片扩散法和菌丝生长速率法对长裙竹荪深层发酵液的乙酸乙酯和水饱和正丁醇萃取物的抗细菌、抗真菌活性进行了检测。结果表明,长裙竹荪深层发酵液的乙酸乙酯萃取物对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌3种细菌都具有一定的抑菌作用,抑制圈宽度分别为2.0、2.3、4.0 mm;水饱和正丁醇萃取物对大肠杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌也具有一定的抑菌作用,抑制圈宽度分别为3.0、3.8 mm。乙酸乙酯萃取物对红色面包霉和枇杷炭疽病菌具有一定的抑制作用,对两种供试真菌菌丝生长最低抑制率分别为41.50%和33.87%,而水饱和正丁醇萃取物对供试真菌无抑制作用。 By using round slip diffusion method and hyphal growth rate method,this study tested the antimicrobial activity of fermentation liquor of Dictyophora indusia Fisscher,including its ethyl acetate extract and water-saturated n-butanol extract.The results showed that the ethyl acetate extract of the fermentation liquor had a certain antibacterial activity on Staphylococeu aureus,Eschericha coli and Bacillus stubtilis,and the inhibition circle diameter was 2.0,2.3,4.0 mm respectively.The water-saturated n-butanol extract also had a certain antibacterial activity on Eschericha coli and Bacillus stubtilis,and the inhibition circle diameter was 3.0 and 3.8 mm respectively.The ethyl acetate extract had inhibitory activity on Neurospora intermediu and Colletotrichum gloeosporioides Penz.,and the minimum inhibition rate was 41.50% and 33.87% respectively.The water-saturated n-butanol extract had no inhibitory activity on the tested fungi.
