摘要
神经营养因子在神经系统的发育与维持中起着重要作用,脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)就是其中重要的一员。BDNF与相应受体p75神经营养蛋白受体(p75NTR)/原肌球蛋白受体激酶(trkB)结合,通过丝裂原活化蛋白激酶(MAPK)/胞外信号调节激酶(ERK)、
