摘要
"双师型"教师队伍建设是中职学校实现培养目标的重要保证。现阶段我国"双师型"教师资格认证、培养和培训制度,职务评定考核、评价与激励制度等不健全,严重影响了中职学校教师的积极性,影响了教师队伍的建设。如何构建"双师型"教师队伍与校企合作人才培养多轨模式需要新的构想。以服务为宗旨,以就业为导向,推进教育教学改革,实行工学结合,校企合作,加强"双师型"教师队伍和实训基地建设,将有效提升我国职业教育的基础能力。
Double-certificated teachers are an important guarantee of achieving the training objectives in vocational schools .However, the integrity of this system which includes the test of Double-certificated teachers ,training systems, job evaluation, assessment, evaluation and incentive system ,is not perfect .It has seriously affected the enthusiasm of the teachers and the development of double-certificated teachers team. The paper presents the conception about cooperation between vocational school Double-certificated teachers and enterprises.
