精神分裂症伴乙型肝炎病毒感染患者甲状腺激素水平分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的分析乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)感染的精神分裂症患者游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸(FT3)、游离甲状腺素(FT4)、促甲状腺激素(TSH)水平。方法随机选取乙肝阳性的精神分裂症住院患者血标本75例以及68例住院乙肝阴性的精神分裂症患者作为对照组,本院职工68例为健康对照组,全部标本在IMMUL2000化学发光自动分析仪上进行分析。结果男性住院乙肝阳性的精神分裂症患者FT3水平升高,差异有显著性(P<0.05)、女性住院乙肝阳性的的精神分裂症患者TSH水平显著降低(P<0.05)。其他各组间及男、女FT4值和年龄差异均无统计学意义。结论乙型肝炎病毒感染的男、女精神分裂症患者的游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸(FT3)水平增高,促甲状腺激素(TSH)水平减低。 Objective To analysis blood level of FT3, FT4 and TSH in schizophrenic patients infecting with hepatitis B virus. Methods Blood levels of FT3, FT4, TSH were measured with IMMUL2000 analyzer in 75 schizophrenic patients infecting with hepatitis B virus (study group) and 68 schizophrenic patients without hepatitis B virus (control group) which were collected randomly from inpatients in AnDing hospital. Results The FT3 level of male patients in study group was significantly higher ( P 〈 0.05 ) and the TSH level of female patients in study group was significantly lower (P 〈 0.05 ) when compared with control group. There was no significant difference in FT4 level of male or female patients between the two groups. Conclusion The FT3 level raise up in male schizophrenic patients infecting with hepatitis B, while TSH level decrease in female schizophrenic patients infecting with hepatitis B.
