摘要
高等教育的核心功能就是培养人才,教师教学作为高等教育质量得以保障的最重要的因素,直接决定了未来教育的水平和人才培养的质量。通过分析高校师资队伍建设的现状,发现其存在的问题,然后试图将价值工程的思想运用到高校师资队伍建设中,以提高师资队伍建设的价值,调动教师的主动性和积极性,提升教师教学的价值。
