摘要
研究棉麦饭石改性粘胶纤维混纺织物的基本性能。在其他结构参数相同的条件下,对比测试了棉麦饭石改性粘胶混纺织物与纯棉织物的顶破强力、耐磨性、刚柔性、悬垂性、透气性、透湿性等主要性能,同时测试分析了棉麦饭石改性粘胶混纺织物的抗菌性和远红外保暖性能。结果表明:棉麦饭石改性粘胶混纺织物除了具备纯棉织物所没有的抗菌、远红外保暖特种功能外,其透气性、透湿性、柔软度和悬垂性均优于纯棉织物,而其抗顶破性能及耐磨性能均稍差于纯棉织物。指出:麦饭石改性粘胶混纺织物是一种较好的保健服装用织物,在使用时应注意进行相关加固处理,以保证其服用性能符合要求。
Basic property of cotton medical stone modified viscose blended fabric was studied. In same condition of other structure parameter, bursting strength, wear resistance, flexibility, drapability, permeability and water permeability of medical stone modified viscose blended fabric and pure cotton fabric were tested and contrasted. Antibacterial property and far-infrared thermal property of the blended fabric were tested. The result shows that permeability, water permeability ,flexibility and drapability of cotton medical stone modified uscose blended fabric are better than that of the pure cotton fabric. Bursting strength and wear resistance of the blended fabric are worse than that of the pure cotton fabric slightly. It is pointed out that cotton medical stone modified uscose blended fabric is a better health-care garment fabric, related consolidation treatment should be paid attention to in use to ensure its Wearability.
