摘要
目的:观察和探究"降糖宝"胶囊治疗糖尿病疾病的疗效。方法:"降糖宝"胶囊药物组成:猪胰、人参、龟板、地黄、地骨皮、花粉五味等药物浓缩加工提练精制成颗粒装胶囊。根据病情,每次服3～5粒,每日3次。口服血糖正常后逐渐减量。结果:初发降糖宝治疗组56人,显效48例,有效7例,无效l例,显效率85.7%,总有效率98.2%。自身对照组24人,显效15例,有效7例,无效2例,显效率62.5%,总有效率91.6%。胰岛素治疗组20人,显效18例,有效1例,无效1例,显效率90.0%,总有效率95.80%。对照组67人,显效46例,有效15例,无效6例,显效率68%,总有效率76%。治疗前71例高血脂胆固醇血症的病人在未服其服降脂药的情况下均有明显下降。甘油三脂治疗前(2.35±0.58)mmol/L,治疗后(1.32±0.59)mmol/L,胆固醇治疗前(8.18±O.62)mmol/L,治疗后(4.28±87)mmol/L。患者的不良反应:个别人有腹胀,便稀等消化道症状,服药两周症状减轻或消失。从不出现低血糖反应。结论:降糖宝不但降糖效果好,而且充分显出中医中药治标兼治本的独特功效。
Objective：To observe and explore＂ hypoglycemic treasure＂ capsule in treatment of diabetic disease.Methods：＂ hypoglycemic treasure＂ capsule medicine composition：porcine,ginseng,tortoise plastron,digitalis,CLR,pollen five taste of drug concentration processing of extracting refined granules capsule.According to the condition,take 3-5 tablets,3 times a day.Oral glucose to normal after a gradual reduction.Results：Hypoglycemic POU treatment group of 56 people,48 cases,effective in 7 cases,ineffective in L patients,the markedly effective rate was 85.7%,the total efficiency of 98.2%.Their24 people in control group,15 cases,effective in 7 cases,2 cases are invalid,the markedly effective rate was 62.5%,the total efficiency of 91.6%.Insulin treatment group of 20 people,18 cases,effective in 1 cases,1 cases are invalid,the markedly effective rate was 90%,the total efficiency of 95.80%.Control group 67,46 cases,effective in 15 cases,6 cases are invalid,the markedly effective rate was 68%,the total efficiency of 76%.Treatment of71 cases of high blood cholesterol in front of the patient without serving its take lipid-lowering drugs cases were significantly decreased.Glycerin three greases before treatment （2.35 ＋0.58） mmol /L,after treatment （1.32 ＋0.59） mmol /L,cholesterol before treatment （8.18 ＋ O.62） mmol /L,after treatment （4.28 ＋87） mmol /L.Patients with adverse reactions：others are abdominal distension,will dilute the digestive tract symptoms,medication two weeks symptoms relieved or disappeared.Never hypoglycemia reaction.Conclusions：hypoglycemic treasure not only antidiabetic effect is good,and the full show of traditional Chinese medicine to cure the symptoms and unique effect.
