摘要
[方法]以坡柳总皂苷含量为评价指标,采用正交试验法筛选坡柳总皂苷的最佳工艺条件。[结果]坡柳总皂苷提取的最佳工艺为70%乙醇,提取时间为24 h,间歇提取3次,溶剂体积为原料的6倍。[结论]优化的提取工艺科学、合理,可以作为坡柳皂苷的最佳提取方法。
[Methods] Orthogonal experiment was employed for selecting the optimum process of Dodonaea viscose consaponin extraction technology. [Results] D. viscose con-saponin was extracted by 70% alcohol 3 times with 24 h each time, and the solvent volume was six times of the raw materials. [Conclusions] The optimized extraction condition is reasonable and scientific for extracting D. viscose con-saponin.
