摘要 本文分析了欧盟建立欧洲资格框架(EQF)的过程,概括了框架的内容特征和实施程序,并以英国为例,描述了参与国国家资格框架与欧洲资格框架衔接的方式。作者认为,探索国家资格框架,统一职业教育质量标准,增加职业培训透明度,并使之逐步与国际标准接轨,这是我国职业教育国际化的优先事项。欧洲资格框架作为一个"成功的参照系",其建立和实施的经验可以为我国职业教育国际化提供有益的启示。 This paper analyses the process of European Union building the European Qualification Framework (EQF), summarizes the characteristics of EQF's content and implementing procedure, and describes the way of the participating country, taking UK as an example, in connecting its National Qualification Framework(NQF)with EQF. The authors believe that to make our vocational training meet the international standards, it is a priority to explore China's own national qualification framework, construct nation's unified standards of vocational training, and increase its transparency. As a successful frame for reference, the European Union's experience of building and implementing EQF can bring us some inspirations for internationalization of China's vocational training.
