摘要
目的 观察高血压这一中风危险因素对脑缺血区白细胞浸润及梗死体积的影响。方法 采用大鼠肾性高血压模型及 MCA闭塞 /再通模型 ,测定正常血压大鼠及高血压大鼠脑缺血区的 MPO活性及梗死体积百分比。结果 高血压大鼠循环血白细胞总数、脑缺血区 MPO活性及梗死体积百分比分别为 2 3.73± 4.32× 10 9/ L、3.49± 0 .18U / g及 0 .43± 0 .0 3,均显著高于正常血压大鼠 ;高血压对大鼠脑缺血再灌流后 MPO活性的时间变化规律无影响。结论 高血压可明显加重脑缺区的白细胞浸润程度、增大脑梗死灶 ,并可能部分与循环白细胞数目增多有关。
Objective To observe the effect of hypertension on leukocytes infiltration of ischemia area and infarct volume in cerebral ischemic rats. Methods The rat model of renal hypertension and middle cerebral artery (MCA) occlusion/reperfusion were used,and the myeloperoxidase(MPO) activity and the infarct volume were measured. Results The circulating leukocyte count before ischemia,MPO activity and infarct volume percent at ischemia 3h/reperfusion 6h in hypertensive rats was 23.73±4.32×10 9/L、3.49±0.18u/gand 0.43±0.03 respectively and was significantly elevated compared with normotensive rats;Hypertension did not influence the temporal change of MPO activity. Conclusions Hypertension may aggravate the leukocytes infiltration and enlarge infarct lesion,which is partly related to the elevated circulating leukocyte count.
