摘要 目的评价心磁图(MCG)对冠心病的诊断价值。方法110例疑似缺血性胸痛患者接受MCG检查后24小时内行冠状动脉造影术(CAG)。将MCG结果与CAG结果进行对比分析。结果MCG检查诊断冠心病的敏感性为88.0%,特异性为90.2%,准确性为89.1%。结论MCG对静息心电图表现正常或呈非特异性改变的冠心病患者具有较高的诊断价值,且安全易行。 Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of maguetocardiography(MCG) in coronary arlery disease. Methods MCG were performed in 110 patients with suspected isehemic chest pain. In no more than 24 hours, the patients were examined by coronary angiography.Results The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy values for the MCG in coronary artery disease detection were 88.0%, 90.2% and 89.1% respectively. Conclusion MCG has high diagnostic value in coronary artery disease detection in patients with normal or unspecificaUy changed resting electrocardiogram.
