摘要
本文通过对中日食品安全监管机制的对比研究,主要介绍了中日食品安全监管模式和理念的差异,法律法规体系和标准体系的优缺点,进口食品安全监控机制的利与弊,为完善我国食品安全技术性贸易措施提供参考。
This paper is a comparative study of Chinese-Japanese food safety supervision mechanism. It mainly introduces differences between the Chinese and Japanese models and concepts of food safety regulation, the advantages and disadvantages of the legal system and standard system, pros and cons of imported food safety supervision system. It provides a reference for improving technical trade measures of food safety in China.
