摘要
我国正面临着地铁工程的大规模建设期,在大规模建设的同时,地铁工程建设存在着信息传输时效性差,数据共享程度低,预警机制不完善,各参建方协同工作能力弱,数据流失等问题。为了有效降低工程建设风险,广州地铁于2006年~2010年对在建线路开展安全风险评估与管理项目,开创了我国开展工程安全风险管理的先河。本文介绍了城市轨道交通工程安全风险管理信息系统的架构体系、主要功能以及在广州地铁风险管理应用的效果。
There were a large number of metro construction sites in China at present. Meanwhile, there were many problems existing in metro construction management, including poor information transmission, lack of data sharing, incomplete early-warning system, weak of interoperability ability as well as serious lost of precious data source. In order to reduce the risk during the construction, a risk assessment and management program was designed in Guangzhou metro since 2006, which was the first one to do project risk management in metro fields. The structure system, main function of Security and Risk Management Information System for Urban Transit project and its application effect in Guangzhou Metro were introduced in the paper.
