摘要
采用电量法,利用S2600型金属镀层厚度分析仪测定从弗洛斯坦法电镀锡生产线上抽取的镀锡钢板样品的镀锡量,对测定结果进行了统计检验,结果表明对照组与检查组之间不存在显著性差异,证明通过精心控制电镀锡生产工艺条件,按规定的方法取样来制备镀锡钢板镀锡量标准样品是可行的。同时提出了适于镀锡钢板镀锡量标准样品采用的定值方法和稳定保存方法。
By using a Stanoscope 2600 coating thickness computer,tin coating weights of the samples drawn from Ferrostan electrolytic tin production line were determined.Those results show that there are no significant differences between contrasting group and testing group by statistic inspection.Tin coating weight reference material for electrolytic tinplating steel plate has been proved to be feasible by elaborately controlling the technological condition in production and sampling.
