摘要
本文提出用直读光谱仪测定无锡薄钢板铬层镀铬量的新方法。通过选用基体铁元素为内标元素,引入Id/I0×100%来判断原板痕量铬对实验结果的影响程度,选择合适条件,解决了薄板易击穿,确保不同铬量无锡薄板的内标元素光强值稳定性等技术关键,采用比色法制作一套不同镀铬量的标准无镀锡薄板,绘制校准曲线,方法精度RSD小于3.0%,准确度为150±5mg/m2。与经典方法比较该法操作简单、分析速度快。
Up to date, the measurement of the Cr-coating weight of tin free plate using atomic emissionspectrometic has not been reported in litetalure. The new method of determination of the Cr-coatingweisht in the chromium plated tin plate using spectrovac has been developed in our laboratory. Themeasurement data is obtained by selecting matrix Fe lines as the internal-reference element and leadingId/I0×100% to judged the result which can be effected by trace chromium in basic plate andstabilizing the intensity of matrix Fe lines with different Cr coating weight under the same excitationl condition. The Cr coating weight of calibration standards of tin free steel are determined by the method ofClassical chemital analisis. Thus, the calibration curve can be plotted by collecting the ratio of Cr lineintensity to Fe line intensity for a series of calibrating standards of known Cr-coating of tin ptale.The problem that tin free steel is easy to be punctured can be avoided by selecting the suitable excitation parameter. The RSD of this method is less than 3%, the accurny is 150±5 mg/m2. Thismethod is much moresimple and rapid than the classical chemical methods.
