摘要
目的:建立HPLC测定铜钱草中残留抗生素诺氟沙星含量的方法。方法:以贵阳市某医院花坛内铜钱草为研究对象,采用Diamonsil C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)色谱柱,流动相为甲醇-1%醋酸(16∶84),流速1.0 mL/min,检测波长282 nm,柱温30℃。结果:诺氟沙星在1.049 6×10-3~104.96×10-3μg(r=0.999 9)具有良好的线性关系,诺氟沙星检出限达0.005 7 mg/L,平均回收率为96.6%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为2.41%。结论:HPLC法操作简便,测定结果准确,可作为环境中残留抗生素诺氟沙星含量的检测方法。
Objective: To establish an high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method for quantitative determination of norfloxacin residual volume in yle vulgaris in a flower bed of some hospital in Guiyang was selected as study subject. The HPLC meth- od was carried out on Diamonsil Cms (4.6 mm ×250 mm,5μm) using methanol - 1% acetic acid ( 16 : 84) as mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0ml/min. Detection wavelength was 282 nm. The column temperature was 30℃. Results: The calibration curve for norfloxacin was linear in the range of 1. 049 6 × 10 -3 - 104. 96 × 10-3μg (r =0. 999 9). The detection limit was 0. 005 7 μg/mL . The av- erage recovery rate was 96. 6% ( RSD 2. 41% ). Conclusions: The method is simple and accurate for quantitative determination of norfloxacin residual volume in environment.
