摘要
家电产品生产企业或服务公司的送货时间保证率是公司获取竞争优势的一种重要手段。先前的送货时间保证模型强调了送货时间作为服从指数分布的成本函数模型。在现有模型的基础上引入二次损失函数,建立了一个服从伽马分布的送货时间保证决策模型,分析和讨论了在产品需求和价格等约束条件下家电产品送货迟到所产生的各种成本以及赔付量的决定。为建立家电产品需求、产品价格、送货时间和送货保证优化模型提供了思路。
The gurantee of delivery time of household electrical appliances manufacturers or service companies is an important tool to obtain competitive advantage. The previous model emphasized the delivery time guarantee as exponentially distributed cost function. In this paper, based on existing models, a decision-making model subject to gamma has been established for delivery time guarantee by introducing quadratic loss function. We analyze and discuss, in constraints such as the demand for products and prices, the resulting amount of all costs and payment when household electrical appli- ances are lately delivered. A guideline is provided for modeling demand of household electrical appli- ances, product price, and delivery time guarantee
